And still more legitimate than Ohio State in 2020-2021 season! And they just crushed Clemson so your point was?

And still more legitimate than Ohio State in 2020-2021 season! And they just crushed Clemson so your point was? Exactly. The BIGTEN leadership doesn't deserve anything, bit Ohio State absolutely does. They should not be penalized because their conference heads tried to cancel football. Ohio State fought the BIGTEN tooth and nail every step of the way to play football this season. They deserve to be there.

Clemson crushed them in the ACC championship and they get put into the Playoffs to be crushed again by Bama. Will be interesting Ohio St vs Bama. Should be a good game. Both teams are big, fast and physical

If you can't fine tune in six games you shouldn't be playing (cough, cough, (The HC we don’t speak of)...cough, cough).

Ohio State played a game last nite that did not resemble any game they previously played. Fields was hotter than imaginable. They played a great game. Alabama is definitely good this year (and I despite disdain for Satan) and I must acknowledge that. Then there is Notre Dame. They had a good year by their standards and Book and some others are tough. However, them getting into the playoffs reminds me of my domestic violence licensure requirement. (It is now called IPV (intimate partner violence). Anyway, ND just messes up and messes up and then says they will do better. Some how we (CFP) believe them and we come back together and then it happens again and again. They always say they will change but 6 weeks or 6 months later still exactly who they are and will be for the foreseeable future.
My analogy of the domestic violence is NOT NOT NOT to down play IT at all. It is a serious problem and caused a tremendous amount of harm to kids and usually moms.
My point is that we believe ND and they talk a good game and even do something’s that make it seem possible but they are who they are. Because I had just finished my requirement for this cycle this past week I really did see the resemblance between the two situations.
If ND is undefeated and there is a two loss possible for the CFP then and only then should they get in and likely they will be the same old dud thud they have been since Mant’i Ma’o’s girlfriend plied the sidelines with her man. Oops that’s right that did not happen either.

How many are from South Florida? A few. Mac Jones played at Jax-Bolles and there are 3 or 4 from from St Thomas and Hollywood Chaminade. Ohio St is interesting. They have a starter from Idaho, Missouri, Oklahoma; Nevada and New York. Total starters for Alabama from Florida is 6 Ohio St- 3. Another state we recruited when NB was here but not now is Louisiana. Alabama has 3 starters from there and Ohio St has 1. Georgia is represented on both Alabama has 4 starters from GA and Ohio St. has 2 States with starters for Alabama- AL, CA, DC, FL, GA, IN, IL, LA, TX, PA States with starters for Ohio St. CA, FL, GA, ID, IN, IL, OH, MO, OK, NV, NY, NV, TX

Clemson had a five game advantage on the buckeyes and got smashed by a top notch QB after getting his ribs crushed by a Clemson linebacker. Ohio State was without 16 players, 5 of them considered "key players". So this "freshness" argument isn't very good. Both teams had more than a week to get fresh. It's funny the argument was the opposite for BYU / Boise. When BYU had a six game advantage on Boise State, BYU beat the pants off Boise on the Blue turf, on a Friday, despite having played 8 games in a row without a bye week. The freshness argument holds no weight, as BYU should have been "fatigued". Great teams find a way to win. Everyone else makes excuses.

I never brought up BYU and Boise because I didn't even know about it because I don't give a crap about either of them.
If you want to rimjob Ohio State's football team, just say so, it's 2021 now. Just be ready to wait, the ESPN crew likes to take their time.
I'm going to get out of here and let this poison get out of my system.
