Even if we go 14-0 in 2021 CL wont get looked at for a bigger school after 2 less than stellar years. Anything .500 or better probably gets him a contract extension unfortunately. I'm hoping for 5-7 and relieved of duties by Halloween. Does anyone think Chip realizes he’s in over his head and if given the chance to be an OC at a power 5 he would jump on it? And what have we done offensively the last two seasons against a team with a winning record that would justify a P5 school to hire him as a OC? Oh, excuse me...Kansas wanted him. Maybe if we throw in three cows, a bull and a used wheat thresher maybe they will hire him back. |

After last year we hit a bee strength and conditioning coach, what coaching changes are necessary other than the obvious HC position!
Mullins fired 2 defensive coaches at Florida! I can’t believe that Chip is so confident and loves the direction of the program that he would not make any changes! It’s clear that his offensive genius is overrated and our offense has struggled under his leadership! Is he calling the offensive calls? How can he be happy with our offensive woes for 2 years! Defense has improved but still lacks the coaching to finish an entire game!

Who would want to come to a program for a year then get fired when the coach gets canned the same year you get there? Wouldn’t even be worth moving in my opinion.
Coaches talk, coaches around the country know Troy is a dumpster fire right now and most coaches of merit don’t want to be on Ol’ Chip’s sinking ship.
