We need as many as possible in Atlanta. Tickets can be had for $25. I call that a bargain. It is a short drive. Any seeing this who are going to Tuscaloosa to watch the Tide dismantle Tennessee instead? Shame on you. Newsflash, Troy has an athletic program and it needs to be supported with more than " we beat LSU that's nice" This is where the rubber meets the road.

I'll be there with one other.
Very worried about this game. Georgia State is hot right now and seem to finally be gelling. They're on a 3-game win streak, winning by an average score of 34-19 over ULM, Coastal Carolina, and Charlotte.
This won't be easy, especially against a team that is finally excited to play their first home game since August 31.

This will be a close game up to the 4th quarter when the Trojans will pull away due to the pounding of our defense and we win by 11 points.
Final score: 28 to 17 Trojans

Their QB Connor Manning, in the past 3 games, has thrown for 969 yards, 6 TD's, and 1 INT. He's completed 68% of his passes. Then they have probably the best WR in the Sun Belt, Penny Hart. In the past 3 games, he has 30 receptions, 463 yards, and 5 TD's. If Silvers doesn't step up and our WR's don't find a way to get open, Georgia State may rip us apart with the Manning/Hart combination. Our defense is very good, but we haven't exactly put a cap on big pass plays.

Admire the optimism but say that again when the panthers are in a bowl game. We can win this but it will be a struggle mark my words

I watched them throttle a good/hot ULM team. They are playing as well as anyone in the conference right now. They are balanced on offense ... have speed, size, etc. Defense is good. The TE and QB that had their way with us last year are back and they got back the little WR who is a Jerrel type. Tied for 1st in conference and you guys are talking about they "aren't good" They are very capable of beating us! We need to play well to beat them.

Ga St and Arkansas St are the two toughest games left. That being said, we need to fix that tepid attiude I saw last Wednesday pretty darn quickly

Y’all calm down. Go to the ATL, eat at a decent restaurant, visit the clubs, maybe take in the Aquarium and then go watch Troy beat these paper tigers, 52-10. It will not be close.

I admire your optimism considering not including AL St we have scored 94 points in five games and 54 in our last 3 including 8 the last one. 36 points was our highest out put against a lousy SWAC team. We are averaging 21 points a game. I'm hoping for the best but I don't see us scoring 52 if we couldn't even do it against a bad FCS team

The way we played against S Alabama we wouldn't have beaten Huntingdon. That game was almost a bad of a loss as I saw a few years ago to Abilene Christian. I was more angry Wednesday than the time we lost 66-0 (I think) in Athens. Coach Brown needs to do some butt chewin and get these kids ready for this trip. I didn't like the post game interviews where the players were saying " We're still 4-2" The whole season could hinge on this game. Last Wednesday reminded me of the end of the Blakeney era.

I know there are concerns about Chunn's health (of course, as NB said ... we have some good ones behind him). One concern I have if he is healthy ... I think on the majority of his last 10 or so carries (S.AL and LSU) ... he mishandled and/or fumbled! That is very concerning!! Maybe we can sneak him some "stick'em"

I saw Lester Hayes, with the Raiders. intercept a pass by sticking his arm in the arm and having the ball stick to the stick 'em on his forearm. He never put his hand on the ball. That stuff was nasty.

Agree with you with the addition of Henderson. There is no reason one back should have to carry the full load. One of my favorite things is to watch Anderson punish people.

Same here I'm all old school (probably showing my age) smash mouth football north to south running and using Henderson tastefully.

Knowing Troy we will struggle unnecessarily and either hang on to win by 3 or we'll fall behind for some reason and be forced to mount a last minute comeback and someone on the message boards and will say the Trojans are back on track.
