Think about the business of college football. Most programs that pay millions to a HBC want a guy that has proven winning HC experience. I think CNB is putting in the work now and climbing the ladder towards a 7 figure salary. Kentucky, Auburn, and LSU are probably going to be looking for their next guy soon. I don't know if Troy has the bank or desire to compete with an offer from schools like that. Think about how much money we see UA spend on winning national championships. Then think about all the money we don't see that UA spends to win national championships. If we want it then we (alumni and fans) have to pay for it. I think CNB is gone in 2 years.

If UK calls Brown will go 100%.
I have a hard time believing they call him after 1 successful season. but if we were to win 9, 10 or 11 games...They might just call.

I'm not sure a SEC will hire NB after this season with the exception of KY. A lot depends on how we finish. If we do go 11-1 he very well could be headed to KY

Maybe, maybe not. We'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

Patience. We haven't won three games yet, let alone nine or 10. We have more than enough to worry about this week than to concern ourselves with what may or may not occur in four months.

Neal Brown is from a family of educators which I HOPE makes him smart enough to know that there is only ONE COACH that can win at KY, his name is Callapari!!!

Mr. Ho know Three Notch Levi Brown no fool. Next year team loaded. And 3NLB has one game in his mind that haunt him to this day and we all know what game that is. In 2017, third time a charm. Book it.

Brown would be a fool to go to the football loser pit known as Kentucky. He would win there but that AD is a full on moron...not someone I would want to work for. That dude gave Stoops an insane extension with a buyout that will cost them millions no matter what. He will go eventually but let's hope its to some place that will kick the $hit out of bama and ole piss!

Troy basically has a braintrust of knowledge from that game on his current staff. There's no way that won't be another good one that be the end of Miles once and for all! Go Trojans!

Still remember our crew sitting in the Troy section at the end of the 3rd QTR saying "we are smoking LSU at home and how in the hell are we getting out of here alive ?" As various items were raining down upon us from the upper deck.

That was a dark time for DT84. A very dark time. A dark time for sure, but none darker than the week after FAU 2007.

That was a dark time for DT84. A very dark time. A dark time for sure, but none darker than the week after FAU 2007. I remember leaving that game knowing in my gut that we would get overlooked. What an awful feeling leaving that game. Add insult to injury was the fact that Bamer made it to a bowl at 6-6 after losing to ULM (a team we beat) earlier in the season.

Both LSU and FAU were hard ones to swallow for sure. But the hardest for me were the back to back bowl game overtime losses to Southern Miss and Central Michigan. Especially that Central Michigan game. I was just numb physically (because it was so cold) and emotionally after that one. Losing the same way in bowl games two years in a row was horrible.

The AD has done pretty well in Basketball....I went to college with the dude years ago...just not a place that will do football well ....NB will hopefully stick around for a while and skip the intermediate step and go BIG after us (and making us pretty big prior to leaving and make it hard to leave....we also need to keep Vic for a while too...the longer the both of them are here our future looks promising
