Not having talent is an absolute falsehood. What do you call talent... We do not have the talent we had from 06-10 We got beat last week by the recruiting coordinator that was responsible for that run

Look at last four years record and recruiting and then say he didn't run the program down. Your delusional The majority of the O line and receivers, D line and LBs, safeties are highschoolers that have been here. Troy missed on some jucos, but I's sure your disdain for LB runs deeper than that. The 2014 class had only 2 hs players. I don't dislike Blakeney, I dislike he ran this program down and was allowed to stay and do it

Not having talent is an absolute falsehood. So then it's coaching? Simple answer is yes. Overhaul of defensive staff has made a huge difference with players that people said lacked talent. Perhaps the offensive side wasn't overhauled enough.

If I want to know about the halftime show, I'll call you... I assure you I've forgot more football than you know I've played some, not at the college level, mind you. So, right now, we should be on a similar level, with your memory notwithstanding.

Yeah, looked back at list: 6 HS kids in 2014 ... only two Juco kids signed in 2013. It's an inexact science/art ... recruiting! Some pan out ... some don't, HS and Juco! You go for need! I know one recent Juco kid I wish had been a couple years younger ... Deon Anthony! He could certainly help us right now!

I know one recent Juco kid I wish had been a couple years younger ... Deon Anthony! He could certainly help us right now! True but wasn't our 2014 class ranked one of the worst in the country? And Deon should have started when he was here. He was goodr] I don't believe it was that bad, but quite a few of those players went underutilized...Deon would've been my choice as a fan, but with the numbers that CR put up, even splitting time with him was impressive. Wish they could've kept it out of the ditch. We do have a tem full of players that don't know how to win at this level. A few juco guys on the team have won beyond HS. If they can get on a roll in the next couple of weeks, I believe they can change that.

I remember all the ding dongs that never wanted to ever fire a coach say that it was so good that all the O coaches were retained. Killing us now. Hopefully theY realize this as does CNB. He needs some help.

For brutha: The O staff, the staff from previous regime, that carried over was not overhauled enough. Pretty simple to understand, no?

Only when you don't want to hold players responsible for execution... you believe in participation trophies too, eh?

Georgia Sourhern hired championship coach from FCS turned around first year. See the difference. No HC experience And Troy hired Larry Blakeney with no head coaching experience. How did that work out? 5 championships! Every college head coach, if he comes with college experience, has to start somewhere. We are that "somewhere", we are not a big time program yet so we need to be realistic. I want to win as badly as anyone but dang, the guy has only hasd5 games in his first season. At my age I'm running out of years to wait but darn, some of us give little or no time for the incredible improvement we expect. I doubt any of us in our jobs are under such scrutiny nor could any of us, given that job perform the miracle folks expect. If we have all this talent, I wish it would show itself......soon! We have some VERY good athletes and I believe we will be better in time but we have to set goals that reasonable and beating NCS, WIS, or MSU ain't it. USA was so I will say I've been really disappointed once this year. I expect to see us competitive beginning next week. If we continue up lose, our talent base may be worse than I think.
