Coach said post-game they've lost a few guys and the team is less athletic because of it, but they'll have to scrap and hustle to win the rest of the season...Barry interviewed Abdul Aleem and I believe that's exactly what they'll do.

I'm wondering if we need to take a look at our strength and conditioning program. I know a former softball player posted here about what a joke it was as they did the same program the football team did, thus they had pitchers injured all year. Injuries are part of the game but we seem to have a lot in every sport but football. Our volleyball team was riddled with injuries this season and our baseball team in 2012 was the walking wounded. Each sport requires it's own conditioning and special strength program and it's not a one size fits all. if this indeed is true about all sports doing the same program I don't see how that can work.
