I'm guilty, so I'm admonishing myself here as well. CNB routinely provides injury updates during Monday press conferences. Can we just lay off the speculation and wait until we get word Monday? Tomorrow comes with worries of its own, it's not necessary for us to create worries in advance that may, or may not, be valid. Amen. We will get verified information on Monday. Enough of the speculation.

Just so everyone understands, Jeremy’s tweet was only intended for the remainder of the Georgia State game.

Jeremy is reporting season ending on Twitter. This is bad news. But, its time for the Sawyer show! Assuming you’re talking about Jeremy Wise, I’m not seeing that tweet.

I think the Troy at App State game will be the game of the year in The Belt. I know I know... too early... but wow it could all fall in line to be historic. I agree. I think that game will decide the East.

Overall our defense has been great the past couple years like I previously mentioned. We are still very talented. We still only allowed 21 points. Your comment about Coach Koenning was way out of line. I never questioned the talent of the players, I questioned the lack of adjustment. I know that. I think we should be happy to get another win.

I’m on no high horse. I responded to a post. You’re welcome to scroll through my posts if that’s your kind of thing.

You obviously have no idea what you’re talking about. Yeah, I admit I got a bit carried away during the game, but I also know I saw the D get embarrassed by the same play over and over. It’s still holding major programs to a good score. Doesn’t matter if they’re down or not. Maybe so...but smaller schools should always take advantage of it...but you are right LSU at the end of the day had a good season. 9 wins including a win over Auburn.

It’s the same defense that held LSU to 21 and Nebraska to 19. Lsu wasnt that great i knew we had a chance that game...and Nebraska is just flat out terrible When the big schools are down thats your chance to beat them...and you should and we did It’s still holding major programs to a good score. Doesn’t matter if they’re down or not.

We’ve had a defense that is close to the top in several aspects for the past couple years now. This isn’t his fault. Yea your right...its these small players they keep getting It’s the same defense that held LSU to 21 and Nebraska to 19.

But...but... I thought we didn’t have a quarterback? We didn't in week one. Baker has obviously fixed whatever needed fixing and is turning in to a good one. Time will tell if he becomes a great one. Just goes to show you can’t judge an individual from the 1st game of the season.

Let S Jax tate do Jax State... They won't play us without a home and home... And that's against Sun Belt rules, ............Didn't Coastal go to Campbell? Campbell is an FCS school. Must not be much of a rule That was allowed only because of the hurricane.

Look ya'll... when you are up 35-7, you close the playbook. Why would you give anything away to your future opponents? We won the game... were we not as entertaining in the second half? yeah... but CNB got the W. That is all that counts. In my opinion... the second half struggle will help more than if we put up another 35. It teaches that you have to play 4 quarters. I think we are getting good and we will finish the season strong. After all, I said we would lose 8 games after what I saw in week 1. The Trojans I have seen in the last 3 games are leaps and bounds better than what I saw in week 1. It’s one thing if you’re up 35-7 with 5 minutes left in the game and close the playbook, it’s another when you close it up 35-7 at the half. What do you mean by “giving something away to your future opponents”? We could’ve came out with the same offensive scheme we used in the 1st half and won much more decisively. BJ Smith can’t carry the team for an entire half. It’s a team effort. At the end of the day all that matters is we won. But I would like to get an answer in regards to why the offensive play calling was totally different in the 2nd half.
