If conference records are tied without H2H, it goes to computer rankings.

Best record hosts. H2H is first tiebreaker and then CFP ranking. JMU not eligible to host or play. Thanks for the clarification. I just remember last season there was a lot of discussion regarding CFP ranking. You are correct. We didn’t play Coastal so if both teams ended up 7-1 it would have gone to that and game would have been in Conway.

Any chance they ever go to a neutral site like P5 and the MAC do? Not sure where? Can’t see it happening in football.

That is accurate; he is fifth among backs with at least 100 carries at 3.78 YAC per carry.

Well, in Chris' defense, signal issues in the stadium, so making sure that the wireless hit the connection in the booth. Just for couriosity sake, is the press booth/box located in the upper deck behind the old Braves Home Plate location (above the corner of what appears the South End Zone) or is the booth aligned with midfield, as in NORMAL football stadiums? TV is at midfield, radio and media are behind "home plate" ... same setup as what they did to Jordan-Hare unfortunately.

Which is worse Lockhart, Legion Field or Ladd? Lockhart, Ladd, Legion. Coaches were in elevated trailers at Lockhart.

Yo AP, since we are talking visiting locker rooms, how are the visiting locker rooms at The Vet? Also all this locker room talk reminds me of the time Liberty gave us props on Twitter for cleaning their locker room after our game with them. We got national likes for that one. The Vet will be better than most from a size standpoint, tons of space, showers and a totally separate coaches locker room. It’s our old locker room, so on the older side of things but you won’t hear too many complaints other than the walk around the back of the NEZ.

It's interesting that you say FAU when Mike Leach paints such a bleak picture of Mississippi State. So, if you could, explain how FAU is worse than Mike's description of: 1. Concrete walls, floor, and ceiling. 2. No furniture whatsoever. 3. No lockers, only a few nails on the wall but far too few for the team. 4. Two toilets in the center of the room with no seats, no privacy, and no toilet paper. I can't imagine anything worse than that. FAU you were in two different locker rooms; offense and defense were split up. I'm trying to remember Miss State, I think they've changed in recent years.

FAU's old setup was hands down the worst. Georgia State and Georgia Southern are pretty bad as is Coastal Carolina.
South Alabama's is the best (has to be because of Senior Bowl). As the Oxygen man said, A-State not bad since it's their old home locker room, same as App State. Texas State is okay and ULM's is below average.
I've been to Iowa's pink locker room before, it's overrated, I was expecting hot pink and quite disappointed.
Let's be honest, there aren't many great situations out there from a visiting locker room situation.

College baseball has a pitch clock, umpires keep it on the field. We've seen a college game (LSU) end because of a strike three due to the pitch clock. Troy's games have taken longer this year due to the amount of runs being scored so far. Home runs across the country at an alarming rate. Troy has played two games over 3:30 this year, one at 3:33 and one at 3:35 with the shortest at 2:42 and most calling between 3:13 and 3:20. You've also seen 25 combined errors, 76 walks and 23 hit batters in eight games, which will all raise the time of the game.
From a replay standpoint; I think they went to the monitor three times at baseball on Tuesday and once at softball on Wednesday and overturned 3-of-4 calls.
I think once you see arms settle in, scoring will go down, games will be much cleaner and will go back to the normal. Personally, I hate the pitch clock at the major league level, I think the college one is a little better from what I've seen. I'm in favor of replay and not a big fan of calls evening their way out as the season goes on as each game is important to the whole.

You can bring in seat cushions; I would expect a big crowd with a lot of youth teams coming plus the normal larger crowd that comes with it being Auburn. Admission is free, maybe pack a lawn chair of too if you need to sit down the sidewalk.

I’ll speak for it because I posted it. The graphic is pretty simple and straight forward. We won 12 games, which is the best total in the state, which is what the graphic stated. The gray tape part said most wins, which is and will always be the Best in Bama for 2022. Social media did the rest reading into it for more than what it was. For those saying it was wrong or little brother or whatever, our job is to promote and celebrate our accomplishments. Why in the world would we not make something proclaiming the most wins in the state? We are recruiting both fans and players on a 24/7/365 basis, something like this moves the needle. That Tweet has 2.7 million views, 18 K likes and 1500 RT Tulane winning the Cotton Bowl 1.2 million views, 16K likes Alabama winning the Sugar Bowl 250K views, 3300 likes. That’s why we did it. First, the tweet is fine, it did its job. Any publicity is usually good publicity. But come on Adam, you weren’t posting it as a fact-driven point. You posted it with the specific reason to obtain the reaction you got. It was divisive. Which is fine by me, but don’t try to bullish!t a bunch of other bullsh!tters on this board. I can tell you with 100 percent confidence that the intention of the Tweet was fact driven to drive home the point that we had the most wins in the state. We are battling several teams "above our pay grade" as some would like to say for some key players and you better believe that every bit of information like that helps drive home the point. You can believe what you want to about me, and yes, I love to troll as you can tell by a lot of our posts. However, this one was to show OUR success compared to the other FBS teams in the state.

Certainly your right, but if you ever run into Carlton ask him his thoughts on Marty and Vicky Burlsworth and you’ll see what it’s really about.

Listening to sports talk in ATL this morning. They said Stetson’s name and I was expecting the sentence to finish with Burlsworth Trophy winner. Nope. Mentioned him as a finalist for the Heisman. No mention of Burlsworth. Karma? The common fan doesn’t give much credit to the Burlsworth. It is still new and as I watched for the first time last night, It felt like an avenue for the family to cash in on a name. So if it’s to make money, you pick the big name. Absolutely incorrect. The Burlsworth family does not pick the winner, there is a selection committee that does. The amount of charity work that they do for youth in the Arkansas area is overwhelming. I’d encourage you to look into Burls Kids and what they do there in addition to a foundation to provide eye care for those who can’t afford it.

Best of the year so far and that will be hard to type. I know we can't, but if we could play that on the jumbotrons leading into the team taking the field on Saturday, the chickens would be deafened by the noise. That will be played Saturday. Coastal will be allowed to play a video as well. This video will not be played; team intro videos will be played.
