Did anyone see this coming? Be honest. We went from not being able to win more than 5 games in a season to putting up 10 wins in one season. We went from not being able to beat a team with a winning record to beating some of the best the Sun Belt has to offer. We went from only mounting 1 4th quarter comeback to winning 4 of 5 games decided by less than a touchdown. Now we're not only going to the conference championship game, we're hosting it. All of this success under a first year head coach and you have to think the best is yet to come. We've had bumps in the road along the way but look at all this team has accomplished. I hope we can seal the deal this weekend an complete the comeback. Go Trojans! In all honesty, I thought we would have a winning season, but not 10 wins. I thought we would be like 7-5.

Truly a season where except for the hail Mary the breaks all went out of way. Two wins where we only scored 10 points and one with 17. Half time adjustments were always correct and we found ways to win games. Look at Ark St this season. Three losses by 3 points and things didn't go their way. Great coaching and a HC who has put in the right culture. Seasons don't always give you all the breaks but we came about 99% so far. I don't think anyone will ever forget this season

I thought 7-5 maybe 8-4 but the success is refreshing and welcomed. I know I’m hard on some play calls but you can’t argue with the results.
The play action roll out pass was beautiful. Perfect setup and what this pro style spread is designed to do. Now that Vidal is healthy this will be a hard one two punch to stop. I’ll be honest and say I was critical of him early in the season but what we didn’t know is he had an ankle injury he wouldn’t even talk to HCJS about. Talk about being convicted of my errant comments.
Thankful for Kimani and his hustle on the opening drive interception (that was a route issue with a receiver) we would’ve given up a pick 6 that ended up only costing us 3. His hustle on that play was inspirational!!!

I hope we can seal the deal this weekend an complete the comeback. Go Trojans! I freakin' love this post. This needs to be the tape playing in our heads and from our mouths rather than the other stuff surrounding Gunner, the OC, and such. Now I understand the latter to a degree. All of us get nervous and have had questions during many games this season. BUT - I'll bet not a one of us has had it to the same level as Gunner or the OC in those moments. I'll bet their nerves and questions top ours all combined. Winners win. That is ALL that matters. Ugly wins. Close wins. Easy wins. Hard-fought wins. Last second wins (ask App St.). Every single one of them is a win. There's not a loss in the group. Which one of you is it that keeps harping on OC's previous win record as an OC as some sort of qualification? Guess what? He's 10-2 as a Trojan. I expected anything over 4-8 to be an improvement. But to us, ALL that matters is that he is TEN and TWO. And that, I'll take. I couldn't watch the game yesterday because I was on an airplane the whole time but I did watch the score on the ticker tape under the games that Delta's "Live TV" did play. When it was 19-14 ASU, I was imagining what was happening on the ole' message board. I could've placed bets and made money on my predictions. Yeah, I was a bit worried too but as my wife and I watched the 4th quarter score go up...and up...and up...and up with Troy points, I was wondering if anyone remembered the lessons we learned in the previous games: don't count Troy out at halftime and the game isn't over until the 4th quarter clock reads 00:00. Oh, and to take your meds early if need be. What is it that coach said about Carlton Martial and his future potential re: his size? I'm paraphrasing but something like "when someone gets tackled, they don't look at how tall the guy that tackled him is to see if it counts". When your 10 and 2, nobody is looking at how close the 10 games were to see if they count. There will be no asterisk in the record books by these wins. Honestly, it is a season that will go down in Troy history for more reasons than just the wins. I thank the coaches (ALL of them) and the players for one heck of an entertaining season of college football and I'll be rooting them on in person this Saturday and very likely in the bowl game, life circumstances dependant. They all have my support and respect from kick off until the clock reads 00:00 at the 4th quarter. All the potential judgement and criticism I could choose to spew in the 2nd quarter ain't worth a crap anyway. I'm thinking back to a time when it made one single iota of difference in the game's outcome. It never has. It only affected me...and not for the good. Here's to the school I love. Craddock. Watson. You. Me. Trojans, one and all.

To all the Craddock worshippers: when can we expect him to turn the corner and produce like our defense?? For real. Check out the final scoreboard. I’m as frustrated at times with this offense as anyone else, perhaps more so; but as my wife reminds me, what has Craddock done with essentially the same personnel on this team that the previous OC and HC didn’t? A 10 win season is no small affair. Craddock and Sumrall haven’t even been here a year yet and look what’s happened. As for me, I’ll just start pumping myself up with more meds and scotch to cope with our offense until the full vision for our offense is in place

Halftime Adjustments work but why every first half the same thing. Baffling

Congratulations guys!!! We gave it all we had for 3 quarters, probably the best three quarters we have played all year, but the same problems caught us in the 4th...lack of depth everywhere. It's a long term rebuild for the Red Wolves, no thanks to the previous staff, but thats spilt milk under the bridge. Hoping to see you guys woodshed CCU. btw....your band was MUCH better than ours.

I'm going to make this one last post on the stAte game and then move on. Sum up the entire game with ONE picture. See #11 for stAte, the posture, the way he's not even running as a token gesture. It's because he knows the game was over the second Steward got in front of him. Broken.

I listened to the post game comments and the Arkansas State head coach that he was trying to build in Jonesboro what Troy already has. That's a nice classy compliment!
