Heâs been saying the same thing at every loss! I actually felt sorry for him when he almost started to cry! I think heâs probably a decent man but he just doesnât have what it takes to win! We still only have 1 win against an opponent with a winning record in the FBS in 2 years. I know that many of the players like him and my only hope is that they stay because they buy into the whole year being a wash because of Covid. (The HC we don’t speak of) will be here next year and if we are not in the conference championship game and 10-2 or 9-3 He must go! Even Dr Hawkins will have to agree with that!

A heart felt effort of the best that you can give which has a result of less than you wanted is associated with pain. This type of team (on video and in play) is a much better team than we saw most of the year.

All kept hearing was we are close, we are close. Coach, close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.

We started slowly - very. We fought hard. We lose the turnover battle (net -2) by two. We show flashes of positive team play. We definitely had both individual efforts and team efforts of significance. We had the #13 team on the ropes and don’t close the deal. The goal line stands by the D were great. The efficiency on O at times was great. That last drive by the D... it wasn’t all coaching. Our DBs didn’t make a play on the ball all night (they don’t exercise ball skills). And our safety literally fell down on the game winning TD. It was both coaching AND execution. Anyone putting it on one or the other saw something very different than I did. The negatives are similar - inconsistency; lack of execution; not able to close out a game; questionable (putting it mildly) play calling and strategy. The positives are also similar - this team never quits; there are some great players; and great effort is given. Proud to be a Trojan, AND we need to get back to finishing these things out like great teams do. Finally, the CC team mirrors their coach too. Any coach complaining about needing “respect” for being asked to play a game to which they committed to play under the rules of the conference has no respect for others. And his team demonstrated that tonight - no respect. I wish them well and respect their results, but I look forward reminding them of a six time conference champion’s wrath next year. Post of the month!👏👏👏

Did coach really say 10-2? He should be fired for this alone. He just admitted “Aww Shucks”. Get this no ambition beta out of here.

He loves the direction of the program! Iâm curious what direction we had it in when Neal left? What direction we had it in after last year? What direction will (The HC we don’t speak of) be headed in after next year?

The guys played a hard game, probably their best effort of the year. I hate they couldn't get the win.
My feelings on the staff haven't changed. It's not the first time we've put people in positions they weren't equipped to handle, and it's an ugly, painful learning process for all involved.

What direction will (The HC we don’t speak of) be headed in after next year? Great players don't automatically make great coaches and assistant coaches that have seven jobs in eight years don't make head coaches. Note to administration...study part two of that statement. Learn it, know it, apply it
