Is it time to pull the bags out for our heads yet?

Is it time to pull the bags out for our heads yet? Only loser fans do that.

Guys the next few teams we play are not unbeatable by TROY. Let’s just see what happens and keep cheering. Anyone know about Kaleb?

Then you can lead us then? How about just supporting and cheering the players and program that you are a alumni of ? We lost to an SEC team with the #1 defense in that league. The season is not over. No need for that childish behavior of bags over the heads at home games.

I'll wait til after the South game, I guess. If we lose that one, ya the bags need to come out and phone calls need to be made to some leadership.

Didn’t realize so many Troy fans were quitters and whiners. Do you not see an issue with the coaching staff and team that we are currently fielding? I support my team no matter what, however there are obvious issues that need to be handled instead of ignored regarding our team starting with the coaching staff.

I am as disgruntled as anyone but this season is not over. I am being very optimistic by saying we are still in the hunt for an SBC title. We are. Let's beat South and see what happens. Still agree this coaching staff is underachieving with the talent they have, BIG time. And the HC needs to do what Mike Leech did and tell the DC to ease on down the road. Put Daverne Williams in charge until seasons end.

When I’m not working, I attend games. I’ve been known to go to some away and bowl games as well.

When Troy went to D1 I bought my first season tickets and then my first road game was “The Bill Gates wet and cold invitational out in California. When I was on the plane some TROY folks asked me what my connection was to Troy and in those days they were surprised. Since then meeting many of you has been fun. We have had good teams and not so good teams since those days. I have always enjoyed the games and yes it is more fun when winning. However, it has always been an escape for me from what I do for a living. I have never considered it life and death but I do care. The team will take on a rival and it won’t make a bit of difference in the end what happens. Sure do hope we win and I expect that we will. Then on to Georgia State after that. Some on here will not buy more tickets and think the sky has fallen if this year does not turn around. I just deal with too much on a daily basis to take it that much to heart. Don’t get me wrong my headache last nite had much to do with Troy not winning or playing that well. Go TROY!!! Beat the CR_P out of USA

When the reality of sickness and death are in one’s face constantly, the importance of the outcome of a football game (and they are games) is diminished to near zero. Do I want us to win? YES! Do I get upset if we don’t? Sure. But if I live another 30 years and never see TROY win again, it won’t matter nearly as much as the surgery we did this week on a man dying of cancer, the goal of which was just to relieve his pain. I’ll bet my sweet hind end he couldn’t care less about who won a football game this weekend or how badly a team looked in losing. Perspective is important.

Naw not melting just making sure that we all can handle whatever comes this season without getting to POâd at each other on the board. (The HC we don’t speak of) and his staff have a job to do and the players have their part. All of us regulars wish things were as they were the last three or better. Just thought it might help for everyone to just keep Cheering (and beecth a little) and let things play out for this year before we call for blood to much
