He has good size. Looks like he could give us some power at the F position that we're losing/didn't have previously.
I also noticed where Cross has already offered one or two guys in Texas.
I'm happy to see him hitting the trail hard. Signing day is coming up.

We have a Central Florida College here where I am, A Florida State College (Not in Tallahassee) and more JUCO's than you can keep up with. Seems every town over 10,000 people has a community college here.

The kid can ball. Florida has really good Bb Juco programs. Chipola did not make it to National Tourney but only lost 6 games. There were numerous hard working foreign ball players on the team. The non-American Juco players are really appreciative and hard working in general. Not all of course but the problems from a discipline end are considerably less. As to football no. Sure are a good many guys from Florida scattered across the country in Juco football. First two guys I ever met from Florida were guys on a Kansas Juco team with me years ago. One great guy. CPA today and the other liked numbers too. He had them printed on his pocket and becam a ward of the state soon after arrival to Kansas. Wildly different guys

Is there JUCO football in Florida, I can't remember. There is legislation prohibiting juco football. Don't ask me why because I haven't got a clue how the third most recruited football state can't play juco football

Don't ask me why because I haven't got a clue how the third most recruited football state can't play juco football Florida says it's too expensive to pay for the sport at the JUCO level. There's not enough revenue coming into JUCO football programs to help offset the costs. So I believe they are trying to avoid getting the JUCO's in financial trouble. The state doesn't want a financial strain on the Florida College System.

The first thing I noticed, he actually has meat on his arms. He's not a 6'8" bean pole with toothpicks for arms. We've needed some size to allow us to get inside. That was never more evident than in the USA game. Their big man boxed out Hicks all day. I like Alex, and he's a great TROJAN, but he lacked bulk, and that hurt us at times.

Varnado was our most physical Trojan, and where did that get us??
