I'd love for Troy to play Notre Dame, Texas, Miami (again), Ohio State (again) Florida, Georgia, LSU, Florida State are all storied programs I'd like to go back to. Also of note, Nebraska is one of the "real" programs in college football. They are likely Top 5 all time, with Alabama, Tennessee, and Michigan.

I'd love to see us play and beat UCLA (in laws alma mater lol). USC, Notre Dame, Michigan, Texas, Oklahoma, Penn St. and TX A&M are a few I would love to see but #1 I want the Vols again and this time without Rowell

It's a whole different world now that we have knocked off our last two P5 opponents. It should have been last 3 but for home cookin at Clemson. In my crazy mind, I liked to think that big schools always wanted to schedule Troy because they knew they would get a good fight without the real possibility of losing. Meaning we would take their team deep into the 3rd and 4th so the opposing players would wake up and realize that they can't slack off. I still think that big schools might schedule us for this reason, but there might be some hesitation because we might just win even if they do play their best. So here is what I want.... I want an AD that will put one little line in our contracts with these big schools. - If Troy wins this football game, School X agrees to play Troy at Troy within 10 years. If that line were in our contracts, LSU and Nebraska would be rolling into Troy. Ya'll remember when Mississippi State rolled into Troy right? Troy was big time that day. We almost won that one too.
Forget about barn and gump. We knock off a Ohio State or a Notre Dame and have them come to Troy. Oh my!
