I hope Neal Brown is at Troy for 20 years. He will average about 8 wins a year and we will be in a bowl the majority of those years. One bad loss Look for us to recover, beat S Alabama and win 8-9 games this year We had that kind of thinking before. It’s what we’re trying to rise above. Nick Saban isn't available . If Troy averages 8 wins a year goes bowling and contends for conference titles I for one will be satisfied. You do realize we are the smallest town to host an FBS school? It is an achievement for us to beat the App States of the world never mind LSU or Nebraska

It is an achievement for us to beat the App States of the world never mind LSU or Nebraska Yes we are aware of this huge disadvantage. It is apparent when you arrive in Troy. Add to it that only a third (at most) of folks within the area even want the university there, not withstanding even support it’s sports program. Although the minority that do support the university are very active and generous with their time and support.
