FootballScoop.com is reporting that Jacksonville State co-defensive coordinator/safeties coach Brandon Hall is expected to join our staff coaching linebackers. Thoughts?

Well he best not have any criminal record due to poor decisions in the past!
Where is he from? If not Central Florida DT is boycotting.

Jordan Lesley came from a similar successful defense as a DC. He has been a great D-Line coach. I expect the same for Brandon at LB. Success breeds success. We aren't bringing in guys with questionable on field results. The coaches we're bringing in are all ballers.

Y'all know what this is, right. This is another instance where TROY was able to "Whup Jax State!"

Jax St has felt they should be able to schedule a home & home series with Troy, even though we moved up...we'll just call it sour grapes.

So, does that mean Liberty has moved up? I thought they were FCS? Must've missed when they moved. Are they in a conference?

Jax St has felt they should be able to schedule a home & home series with Troy, even though we moved up...we'll just call it sour grapes. Probably. We schedule home and home games with Boise State, Southern Miss, etc and we host teams like NC State, Miss St, OK St, etc - so why should we waste home and home deals playing 1AA teams? Doesn't make sense. If they want to play us, they have to come to our place like all the other guys (AL St, Austin Peay, etc) However, I wouldn't mind playing them once or twice, helps attendance and our overall record...
