TROY's fast start notwithstanding, the line on this game at kick was -6.5 TROY. That was probably pretty accurate. I don't see this game being a blowout by either team.

The injuries in the secondary are really showing up A bad snap from center can COMPLETELY change a game. How did we get so many hurt prior to game time?

CNB said in his presser after that game that 7-8 guys would be out/questionable. Until yesterday, no names had been released and I hadn't heard Chunn mentioned as questionable at all. It will be a battle in the second half. The made 2 pt conversion by us vs the failed 2 pt conversion by them may turn out to be HUGE.

Hoping we can make adjustments at Half time. I had a feeling this would be a nail biter.

When Damion Willis was signed out of MGCC, he garnered a pretty good bit of attention, especially related to his height and speed. As the season has progress and he's seen spot service, I felt like he was another JUCO transfer, that while serviceable, was never going to be all we hoped. He's showing today why he got so much attention. He will be an integral part of our receiving corps next year.

And again TOUCHDOWN! Men of TROY!. Silvers to McCormick streaking down the hash for 60, 30 of that on the throw, yet he can't throw deep.

TOUCHDOWN! Men of TROY! I guess that's why Johnson's Twitter handle is @swerveboiii. He definitely weaved his way into the end zone on that one.

Excellent points by the commentators. It can't be a fumble and targeting, It was called a fumble, therefore, no targeting.

If I remember correctly, this will put us over .500 in bowl games. 4-3 I think?

Lots of respect for the UNT QB, Mason Fine. He took a beating from our Front 7 today and kept getting up.

Well, let's have a quick recap. With 14:24 to go in the first half, Silvers is 10/10 for 170 and a TD. This is the QB who some wanted benched multiple times this season. And that’s why no one pays any attention to keyboard coaches.

Part of me hated to watch Fine get pounded so hard repetitively, I think I would have thought about pulling him the last half of the third, the game was pretty much done then. Just my opinion.
Overall it was a great game to watch and a pretty good national statement

Congrats on the win today to all the players, coaches, and staff. I’d like to send a special thank you to all the seniors who stuck it out through all the hard times, won 11 games for the first time in FBS, and “rebuilt the wall.”

Estimate on Troy fans at game? Arguing with some folks now. I’m saying 12k plus total attendance was 24,900. We had more than half of the attendance. Well more, in my estimation.

How easily we become jaded. I was sitting here reading your post and was feeling disappointed the attendance wasn't better. I think that's a valid emotion, it would have been great to see 40,000 there. If, however, your estimate that TROY fans made up more than half the attendance, that means more than 12,500 fans TRAVELLED to New Orleans at the beginning of the holiday season to see the TROJANS play. 12,500! When I attended my first TROY game in '95, we weren't putting 12,500 in the Vet for a HOME game. That was the stadium's capacity at the time and we weren't selling out. 22 short years later, look where we are. I dare say that there are few, if any, programs that have increased their attendance by >100% in the past 22 years. I'm going on record as saying, "It's great to be a TROY TROJAN".

Great Win! I just finished the game. I had to be in blackout. This year's team is one of Troy University's all time greats. See you all at The Vet when we reload and take down Boise.
