Tragedy in weather prognostication. Mike (the weather squirrel) was walking with me to the mail box and set down in the road to scratch his acorns and the neighbor drove by and I did not realize Mike was dyslexic. You see he always spelled Troy (Yort) and last weeks lotto numbers were all perfect except backwards...dang should have been a hint but none the less I yelled for him to go right and he went left so needless to say Mike is gone (except for his being a small speed bump outside my house now). So from now. on I guess I will have to rely on the weather channel. Anyway Mike did preview next weeks weather in Jonesboro just prior to his career transition..." He said it is going to be A-State getting their arse kicked weather"... So here is to Mike š» to the dang gone best weather squirrel (and temporary speed bump) I have ever known So sorry for your loss. It is so sad when a young, talented squirrel is taken from us too soon. Number one lesson from this: Careful where you scratch your acorns fellas!

Buzz, if, in the future, after an appropriate time of grief, you decide to obtain another weather squirrel, let me suggest a fox squirrel. Unlike the common gray squirrel, fox squirrels are unlikely to be dyslexic. In addition, they are considerably larger and are, therefore more robust and better able to endure collisions. Whichever breed you decide is best, know that qualified weather squirrels are an invaluable tool of prognosticators. My condolences on your loss and, for now, endure The Weather Channel with the quiet dignity of a professional.

Just pulled in 1:45 till kickoff and NO doubt Mike would have enjoyed the weather with it being 66 and beautiful but I checked the site (you know where scratched at the wrong time. Lo and behold Mike left 2 predictions in the little stain that Mike is now....Apparently Mike was also part Chinese since the message was not only backward but from top to borrow too! (Could be just the direction the car drug him) It said backward and top to bottom that Troy 37-13 over Tejas State (that little Chinese dyslexic weather squirrel was fluent in Spanish too.) And the last prediction given by Mike was Troy 32-A** State 18. Since we need to know what the weather will be I have gone on Al Gores gift to humanity the web and found "Weather animals R Us". I called them and in trained animals they had a one legged emu, a blind in one eye and deaf goat, and a Red Wolf. They said the Emu was not bad and the goat blinked his dyes in Morse code and I should really choose between them because every time they asked the Red Wolf about Dec 2 and or anything about Troy he just coward in the corner and dedicated on himself. I just don't know but I think I am going Emu since they could not assure me the one eyed goat really just blinked a great deal...Go Troy
