I've never had the extra money to go to the kickoff party. What's the drawdown?

I've never had the extra money to go to the kickoff party. What's the drawdown? They sell tickets for $125. The tickets are drawn one by one and the last one drawn wins $10,000. They have done this ever since I played at Troy 1986-88. Its a tradition
