Coach Moore will get a very young OL coached up. Positives to this group of OL..we have our first returning starter at center since 2009, we have a returning starter at LG and a returning fifth year senior in Jonathan Boring who can provide leadership. This is a very athletic and talented group with a ton of potential. Negatives: replacing one of the best OL to ever wear the Troy uniform in Garcia. Probable second or third round draft pick and four year starter at the most critical position LT. Replacing Tyler Lassiter at the other tackle. Another player who had four years of playing experience and a leader. This group while talented doesn't have much if any game experience. We are loaded at skill positions so how quickly this young, talented group comes together is how this offense will go. Coach Moore is an exceptional coach and I have full confidence this group will be coached, play aggressive and gets the job done.

Couple things off on the article. You can tell he waited until there were some stats released. Wish the Troy guy at Forgotten5 had covered it

"You have to feel pretty confident as a fan about this Troy program moving forward. The Trojans are absolutely loaded on offense and should put points up on anybody."
Maybe we'll even put up some points vs stAte this year?? December 2nd in Jonesboro could be big.

It is always dependent on providence in regards to injuries etc....but Cornhole has a big point....that game could be the biggest game ever for Troy...just in case I think I will buy tickets to the game...anyway shape or form a real good season could be at hand

Scoring Offense '14-'17: 108th, 69th, 39th, ??
Scoring Defense '14-'17: 113th, 78th, 21st, ??
If we progress even a little bit, 2017 will be a great year. My guess: 18th ranked offense, 10th ranked defense. Boise better watch out, we're not sending scrubs to potato town ...

What I believe is that the game with Ark St could have ramifications for Access bowl...not saying it will BUT could and that would be biggest game ever...Now with that said no matter what happens we should have a relatively "good" year๐

Boise will be tough to beat and if we lose, bounce back and win the next couple games at least. LSU - I want to win but just hope we leave Baton Rouge healthy.
