Last night our mens hoops team played one of the better non conference home games we've had in a long time. USF (as a whole) is a program similar to us, but they are in a bigger market and bigger conference... so it was nice to have them in a return game at Trojan Arena. My question is, who the crap schedules "sound of the season" at the exact same time as this home game? Why on earth would the University do this? I spoke to a couple students earlier in the week who said "I have to go to Sound of the Seasons and can't go the game". Obviously the band was at that event so their assistance was missed in the game. We have to do better as a university!

Frequently the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing?? 03-banghead

Technically this was set up by the SEUS Board of Trustees and is ALWAYS the first weekend in December. This has been the tradition for years now and it has everything to do with the school schedule in Alabama, being the week coming off break, kids don't miss as much having it now.
