I am not a coach and I have sent a total of 3 names to Troy in all sports combined - have never received a reply - not even don't send information or thank you not sure I understand that but one would think there would be a standard reply Common complaint I have heard. At our Tampa gathering three former players who are coaching down there have sent names for years with no reply. They have watched their players go to South, Ga Southern, Ga State, Ball St, Western Michigan, Akron etc. I know in football they are getting this corrected. Sent a pitcher that I personally knew and coached to Troy. She signed with South but left when Jimmy Kolitis left for Oregon. She transferred here to CFC, made first team juco All American, 6 ft throws about 65-66 mph. Dominant pitcher. We could have easily had her. Small rural hs kid and I knew her and her parents. She signed with SC-Upstate, first team A-Sun, multiple A-Sun player of the week. Not a word from Troy, not a thanks, go fly a kite, don't bother us...nothing. Played on the ASA Gold national champion team (best of the best), signed with South. Guess she wasn't good enough for Troy?? Our loss, SC gain

I don't pretend to be a talent scout - talent and work ethic together is hard to find - when a young lady loves practice and the weight room as much as the game itself, better sign her just for the leadership

Troyjan95 - the ladies that love the weight room and the game can come play as walk-ons. We need some dang hitters and a pitcher - ASAP! They have recruited some local kids to play, but they have performed under expectations. The two that I am thinking about didn't play on big travel ball organizations, and neither of them ever hit over .300 in college and I think they were counting on them to be all-conference players. Both of them were recruited by the previous staff. I agree that the Troy coaching staff is going to have to put in some hard work to find these kids, and I hope they are out there this summer beating down the bushes. LSU had a couple of really good players transfer and someone said that one of them is going to Nichols State. Those are the kind of transfers that can make a season. Please let us find a transfer pitcher before school starts!

she is a pitcher she led her region in GA - 6A - in strikeouts she finished in the top 5 in home runs
what else can I say - oh - she loves the weight room - and she already has offers from competing schools - so what are we waiting on?

Does anyone know what happend to Allison Moore or Amber Jones? They are not listed on the 2017 fall roster. Did they transfer? I am glad to see our pitchers returned even though all four combined for only 15 wins last year. I was worried that they were going to transfer.
