#1 gave a good spark! Mobile QB means defense has to defend 11! Let's win the 2nd half!! 04-cheers Unless we have a C-Rob or Levi, we will need a dual-threat QB. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G850A using proboards

We're going against their back ups I imagine Who gives a S***? It is nice to see some life in these boys. We would've folded already the past couple years. Also, these backups are just as good or better than what we will be seeing overall in the SBC.

Mississippi State knows all they have to do is blitz all day and the pocket will just collapse and Silvers will wilt like a delicate flower. As would most QB's if they were getting pulverized. I'm not happy with BS's progress but our pass protection is dismal!

We can go get more Juco help like always. Keep ignoring where the talent is Troy David, I agree there is talent in your area, I've said that before but good grief you've made that point! You're not happy with the hiring of a coach with no head coaching experience (NB), the QB choice, the recruiting area, the volleyball coach, the men's BB coach, they didn't hire your softball coach, they hired one with no head coaching experience, the parking is horrible, the Greeks are awful, the Stadium Club is bad.......! I'm afraid you are approaching a stress issue with your health and we don't need to lose any Troy alumns! Soooooooo the GOOD NEWS: NB is just getting started (you know, like buying a used car lot and realizing you have 35-40 Yugo's you have to deal with before you can get your stock in that will work for the company) so give him a chance to produce. Volleyball has won 6 in a row, I'll bet not all Greeks are bad but the ones that are need dealing with, I hear we are recruiting in your area, the softball team had a great year even with an inexperienced coach and her recruiting seems very good, the girls BB program is growing in leaps and bounds, golf is doing great, especially the ladies, tennis us doing very well, Coach Smart just made a great pickup of a good 1st base prospect, many enjoy the Stadium Club for what it is, might not be your cup of tea, it's a choice, academically our athletes did outstanding last year but that darn parking....you are right there, something needs fixing! See, a deep breath and look at the good things and as they said in the movie with Tom Selleck, "Monty Walsh" "look at things positive, you'll have a more harmonious outcome"! Take care MY FRIEND!

It's what makes us great but reading all negative stuff day in day out makes me want to give MY opinion. I just worry about anyone who seems to live on the dark side of a thing especially one I consider a friend. It's all good troyset, the world is in turmoil, our country is going Socialistic so I just look for some sunshine somewhere. I want Troy to win as badly as anyone and I fight my own demons at times with reasonable expectations and the fact that realizing that what I WANT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE WHAT HAPPENS. Just take a deep breath and continue to be a part. You are a good fan and supporter my friend!

Let me first say I don't think BS is anywhere near where he needs to be after 21/2 years but unless you've played the position it's difficult to understand what you can't get done when 4-5 300 lb 6'4" defenders are all over you in seconds. Standing there going through your progression of receivers is let's say uncomfortable.

glad our first year coach can make mistakes when we are not competing for the championship in our OOC games - yes I am sure he made a few against South - point is - he will make some and he will correct I believe NEAL is for REAL - I believe BROWN will turn it AROUND Go Trojans! Yesterday's game will be viewed as pivotal in rebuilding this program. 1st Half vs 2nd half a microcosm of what needed to happen with this program. This brutal schedule that we've faced thus far will prove to be the silver lining that accelerated learning, growth and understanding by CNB, his staff and the team that the ways of the past are not the tools of the future. Change IS inevitable and better NOW than later!! 1) The staff is forced to dig deep to find the right players, mix of players, plays and schemes that give us the best opportunity to WIN! Those that have heart, work ethic and yes, the talent will emerge as the Trojans of the future. 2) Each player is challenged to dig deep, ask himself "Can I do better?", "What do I need to do, how do I improve enough to give my team the best chance of winning?" "If I'm NOT the man, WHO is the man and how do I support my team mates?" WE CAN GET BETTER, WE CAN WIN!! 3) SOMEONE, and we know who, stepped in at Halftime, provided the spark, the tough love, and the challenge that transformed our team's efforts in the last 30 minutes!! That is special talent, that is a special LEADER! That skill emerges during times of extreme stress and transforms the men, the staff and the team during tough times. WE HAVE THAT LEADER AND HE AIN'T WASTN' TIME NO MO! 4) To those that are still doubters, naysayers, pessimists.... recognize the progress that has already been accomplished, recognize the tough, tough schedule that faced this organization, right out of the box! Recognize that change takes time.. ROME was Not built overnight, but Troy was destroyed overnight! BE Patient and BE supportive!!! I am ALL IN Here, once again! This program will take it's lumps, but CNB and staff, the players, the whole organization is on the way back! threadT1 Time!!!! Now let's go kick some butt!

Change IS inevitable and better NOW than later!! I agree! Just like the team, I was shell shocked, speechless, and ALMOST embarr...(can't bring myself to say THAT word when talking about OUR Trojans) during the first ninety seconds and until halftime. I turned to my wife as the last thirty seconds ticked off the clock to end the first half and made the statement that once they went in the locker room they needed to decide IF they were going to come back out. I for one quickly saw them come back out and begin to play Trojan Ball even though the outcome had been decided during the first half.
I STILL believe in this team and expect them to win the next seven games...I expect them to win EVERY game (and everyone on this board should also).

One of the biggest differences between the last several years and this one, is that we are actually making changes and adapting at the half. We are still losing but the last couple of years we would have come back out flat and uninspired and taking a 60-0 whopping, gotten our check and jumped on the bus.
